Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms apply when you play Snitch Switch, on mobile or on Steam. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the games.
What Snitch Switch is
Snitch Switch is a party game published by Talya Games. It exists in two versions:
- Mobile (iOS and Android) — five modes for one to six players: Snitch World, Snitch VS, Snitch Vote, Snitch Chair and Snitch Token. Free to download, with optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded ads.
- PC (Steam) — a 3D multiplayer game with a room you build yourself, voice and text chat and Streamer Mode. In development for Early Access.
Early Access means the PC game is not finished. Modes may change, features may be added or removed, and there may be bugs. Buy it for what it is today, not for what it might become.
How you may use it
Play it, stream it, record it, make videos about it. What you may not do:
- Use the games for anything illegal.
- Harass, threaten or abuse other players, in voice, in chat or through a display name.
- Use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains advertising.
- Interfere with the servers, cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or automate play.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the games or their content.
A room host can remove or ban a player from their own room. We can suspend access to online features for anyone who breaks these rules.
User content
Display names, chat messages, voice and the rooms you decorate are yours. You keep them; you are also responsible for them. By sending them through the game you allow us to transmit and store them for as long as the room exists so other players can see or hear them.
Purchases and coins
In-app purchases on mobile go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and any purchase on PC goes through Steam. Their refund policies apply, not ours — we cannot issue a refund for a transaction we never handled.
Snitch Coins are an in-game currency with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or recovered once you use Clear Save Data. If a game is discontinued, unspent coins are lost.
Streaming and third-party accounts
PC game (Steam)
If you connect a Twitch or Kick channel, that connection is subject to their terms as well as ours. You are responsible for moderating your own chat; the game only counts vote messages while a vote is open and does nothing else with what your viewers write.
Content and intellectual property
Snitch Switch, its name, logo, characters, artwork, question library, music and code belong to Talya Games and are protected by copyright. The questions are written for adults and cover relationships, work, embarrassment and social situations; some of them are pointed on purpose. Playing in mixed company is a decision the group makes, not one the game makes for you.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
The games are provided as they are. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a server will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talya Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the games. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to play after that means you accept the new version. We may suspend or end access to online features for conduct that breaks these terms or harms other players. You can stop at any time by deleting the game.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions go to hello@snitchswitchgame.com.
The data controller for both games is Talya Games. Write to hello@snitchswitchgame.com with any question about this page or any request to remove your data.
