Welcome to Snitch Switch! By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Snitch Switch, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Snitch Switch is a multiplayer party game that allows users to play interactive question-and-answer games with friends. The service includes:

• Creating and joining game rooms
• Playing in Duel Mode (2 players) or Group Mode (3-6 players)
• Accessing various question categories
• Optional in-app purchases for additional content

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Snitch Switch responsibly and not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content through display names
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

4. In-App Purchases

Snitch Switch offers optional in-app purchases for additional question categories. All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Snitch Switch, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of Burak Şengüloğlu and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snitch Switch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burak Şengüloğlu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Snitch Switch at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
